Return & Exchange Policy

We always strive to ensure our customers have a delightful and satisfying shopping experience with Peony Bloom. As a slow fashion brand, every product is specially made to order with great attention to detail and love. Hence, we do not encourage refunds on products once purchased.

We take great care in maintaining the highest quality standards and ensure that every product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please refer to our exchange and return guidelines below.

EXCHANGE

At Peony Bloom, every product undergoes a two-tier quality check before it leaves our studio. However, if you happen to receive a product that is damaged, defective, or faulty, our exchange policy is designed to assist you.

 • We accept exchanges (subject to stock availability) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 • The exchanged item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and in the same unused and unwashed/unscented condition as received.

 • To initiate an exchange, please write to us at care@peonybloom.in mentioning the following details:

 • Order Number

 • Product Name

 • Reason for Exchange

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange the exchange process accordingly.

RETURN

Since our products are handcrafted and hand-block printed, slight irregularities in print, colour, or texture are natural and reflect the beauty of the handmade process. Such variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

 • Assorted or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received in damaged condition.

 • Please ensure that you read the product details carefully before making a purchase and contact us for any sizing or product-related queries.

 • The returned product must be in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

 • Refunds are not applicable at Peony Bloom. However, in eligible cases, you may choose any other product of the same value in exchange for your order.

• To initiate the exchange, please email us at care@peonybloom.in within 3 days of delivery, mentioning your order details and reason for the request.

EXCHANGE & RETURN TERMS

 1. Please ensure that the return package is securely sealed before handing it over to the pickup agent.

 2. Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect the product for quality approval. After verification, we will reach out to collect your bank details or process store credit. This process may take up to 30 working days.

 3. Only the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded. Any one-time fees, such as payment gateway charges, COD or pickup fees, are non-refundable.

 4. You are responsible for ensuring that the returned parcel reaches us safely. We recommend using only our provided postage labels and trusted courier services.

 5. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 6. Products that show signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 7. If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.

 8. Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

 9. Peony Bloom reserves the right to make the final decision on any return or exchange request. Each case will be handled with care and evaluated individually to ensure a fair resolution.
