Shipping Policy

We’re dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and related details.

1. Order Processing Time

 • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

 • During peak seasons, new launches, or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email or SMS.

 • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

• Orders will be dispatched within 4–6 working days from our studio (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

 • All domestic shipments are handled through reliable and registered courier partners.

 • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

 • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

 • Order updates and tracking information will be sent to your registered email ID.

 • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.

 • The courier partner will make two delivery attempts; if unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our studio.

 • Additional delivery charges will apply for any further re-dispatch attempts

3. Shipping Charges

 • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000 excluding discount.

 • A standard shipping fee of ₹100 shall be applicable on all orders with a total value of ₹999 or below.

 • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Additional ₹100 is charged for cash on delivery orders.

If you require your order to be delivered earlier than the standard delivery timeline, please contact us prior to placing your order and share the details of the products you wish to purchase. We will check availability and, if possible, arrange Express Delivery for you. Additional charges may apply based on the delivery location and parcel weight.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly during checkout.

Peony Bloom will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

5. Order Tracking

 • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

 • You can track your order directly through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

 1. Check the tracking link for updates.

 2. Contact our support team at care@peonybloom.in with your order number.

We’ll promptly assist in coordinating with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it or immediately contact us with photos at care@peonybloom.in.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
